Innsbrook Rotary to honor Vithoulkas

The Rotary Club of Innsbrook will recognize Henrico County Manager John Vithoulkas Feb. 27 with Honorary Rotarian status at a special celebration.
According to club president Raghavan Sadagopan, Vithoulkas has demonstrated "exceptional leadership and a deep commitment to community service — values that closely align with the Rotary Club of Innsbrook’s mission." His efforts to foster community engagement through open forums, workshops and town hall meetings have helped to bring together residents, businesses, and organizations to address Henrico needs.
Vithoulkas' service goes beyond mere governance, said Sadagopan, and extends to advocacy for public health, education, and cultural initiatives that enhance the quality of life. Vithoulkas' encouragement of volunteerism within the county workforce reinforces and embodies the Rotary motto, "Service Above Self," he said.
