IHOP coming to Willow Lawn

IHOP is planning a new location at Willow Lawn.

The breakfast-themed restaurant has signed a lease with Federal Realty Investment Trust for 4,094 square feet of space at the shopping center; it will be located between Alpha Comics and European Wax.

IHOP plans to hire 60 employees for the location. The dining room will provide seating for 150 customers inside and 32 on an outside patio and will be open from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. everyday.  IHOP may consider opening 24 hours a day on Friday and Saturday based on market demand.

“We are very excited to open an IHOP at this location in Willow Lawn,” said Sunil Shrestha, owner and operator of the IHOP franchise at Willow Lawn. “We’ve been targeting the area for some time. The central location and space is perfect for us.”
