Henrico County's three-day Holiday Express Tour visited all five of the county's magisterial districts Dec. 10-12, winding its way through neighborhoods to bring holiday greetings to citizens along the route.
The parade included a Henrico Recreation and Parks Parade Float along with a decorated fire truck, dump truck, library van, school bus and Santa Claus (pictured above visiting with a boy along the route in Varina Dec. 11).
