Highland Springs' Harmon to announce college choice Aug. 1

Damond Harmon of Highland Springs High School announced that he will make his college decision Aug. 1. Harmon is considered a 3-star football recruit and is selecting from his final five choices of Penn State, Georgia, Oklahoma, Tennessee and South Carolina.
Harmon is a 6-foot-1, 178-pound cornerback who will be a senior this coming school year.
"My decision has been made," he wrote on Twitter.
Harmon is considered a top-15 player in the state of Virginia, according to 247 Sports.
