Halloween – in whatever form it will be celebrated this year – is approaching, and CandyStore.com is out with its annual list of the most popular Halloween candy in each state.
Nationally, Reese's Peanut Butter Cups topped the company's list of most popular candy again (it was No. 1 last year, too), followed by M&Ms, Snickers, Skittles and Sour Patch Kids.
Atop the list of worst Halloween candy: candy corn, followed by peanut butter Hershey's Kisses, Circus Peanuts, wax Coke bottles and Smarties.
Virginia's favorite Halloween candy, according to the survey, is Snickers, followed by Hot Tamales and Tootsie Pops.
