Thursday’s new data from the Virginia Department of Health shows that of the 221 new COVID-19 tests conducted among Henrico citizens, 18 were positive – a percentage of about 8.1 percent. That’s up slightly from yesterday’s positivity rate of 7.5 percent.
Overall, the county’s 7-day moving positivity average is 11.5 percent.
In total, Henrico has witnessed 1,339 confirmed cases of the virus, with 174 hospitalizations and 114 deaths attributed to it.
