Henrico’s total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases rose from 66 to 78 in figures announced Wednesday morning by the Virginia Department of Health.
In total, the state’s cases rose from 1,250 to 1,484 and the total number of virus-related deaths in Virginia grew from 27 to 34, according to the agency. Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam will hold a 2 p.m. press briefing today to provide an update on the state’s response to the virus.
