Henrico County's 7-day COVID-19 positivity percentage continues to decrease, falling to 6.8% as of Aug. 14. It’s the lowest level the county has reached since Aug. 5.
A total of 40 new COVID-19 cases in Henrico were reported by the Virginia Department of Health Tuesday, increasing the county’s total number to 4,189 among the 69,127 PCR tests conducted, which determine the presence of the active virus.
The VDH reported three new hospitalizations in Henrico related to the virus but no new deaths Tuesday.
