Henrico County has experienced 113 new cases of COVID-19 during the past three days, according to the Virginia Department of Health. The VDH reported 39 new cases in the county Saturday, 54 Sunday and 20 Monday.
The VDH also reported the virus-related deaths of three people – in their 50s, 70s and one older than 80 – in Henrico and one new hospitalization attributed to the virus.
Henrico's 7-day positivity percentage continues to increase, reaching 5.3% as of Oct. 22. The 7-day daily average of new COVID cases in the county is now just shy of 40 – up from 16 Oct. 3.
