Henrico's 7-day COVID-19 positivity percentage has dropped significantly, from 9.1% Aug. 29 to 7.5% Aug. 30. It’s the biggest single-day decrease since early June.
On Thursday, the Virginia Department of Health reported 37 new cases of the virus in Henrico, as well as two new COVID-related hospitalizations.
In total, 4,707 confirmed cases of the virus have been reported in Henrico, among nearly 80,800 PCR tests have been conducted among Henrico residents since the pandemic began.
