Henrico's COVID-19 moving positivity percentage increases slightly

Henrico County's 7-day positivity average has increased slightly since reaching its lowest point.

As of June 27, the most recent day on record, Henrico's 7-day moving positivity average was 6.1%. It has been increasing steadily since June 23, when it fell to 5.5%, its lowest rate since the COVID-19 pandemic began.

Henrico reported 12 new cases July 1, increasing the total number of confirmed cases in the county to 2,603 among the 33,679 PCR tests administered (an overall positivity rate of 7.75%). A total of 154 new PCR tests were reported in Henrico June 30.

The county has had a total of 257 hospitalizations and 146 deaths as of July 1.
