The Virginia Department of Health reported 44 new COVID-19 in Henrico Tuesday morning, increasing the county’s overall total to just more than 4,400.
Four new virus-related hospitalizations also were reported, but no new deaths have been attributed to the virus in Henrico.
Henrico's 7-day positivity percentage dropped slightly to 6.5% as of Aug 21. The results of 656 PCR tests conducted in the county have been recorded since yesterday, increasing Henrico’s total to nearly 74,000, a number equivalent to about 22.5% of the county’s population.
