Investigation found Henrico Doctors’ Hospital employee abused NICU baby in 2023

The Henrico County Department of Social Services determined an employee in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) at Henrico Doctors' Hospital physically abused a premature infant at the hospital in September 2023, according to a letter sent to the baby's mother from the agency.
