Henrico to host 'Brain Health and You' conference for older adults April 8

Henrico County's EngAGE program for seniors will host a "Brain and You" conference for older adults and their caregivers Monday, April 8, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Eastern Henrico Recreation Center.
Attendees will be able to learn about strategies and community resources to help keep the brain healthy and active. The event is free and is free, and light refreshments will be provided. Registration is required at agingadvocate@henrico.us or (804) 501-5065.
