Henrico supervisors to weigh development proposals in Fairfield Sept. 10

The Henrico County Board of Supervisors will hold its next meetings Tuesday, Sept. 10. First, a work session at 4:30 p.m. will allow officials to recognize the county's Virginia Association of Counties award-winning program entries.
The second session will be held at 6 p.m. in the Henrico County Western Government Center Board Room. The board will consider:
• a proposal for a townhome development at Woodman and Winfrey Roads in the Fairfield District;
• a proposal for a single-family subdivision at Valley Side and Farm Creek Drives, also in the Fairfield District;
• proposed budget amendments;
• a proposal to restrict truck traffic on Old Washington Highway in the Brookland District.
