Henrico supervisors to conduct budget review March 15-19

The Henrico Board of Supervisors will host its annual weeklong budget review March 15-19 to examine in detail the proposals from each county department and agency. The entire series of meetings will be available for viewing on WebEx.

All sessions will be held from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., except for the one set for 1 to 5 p.m., March 16. The sessions will be conducted at the Henrico County Training Center, Rooms 2029 and 2030, 7701 East Parham Road.

Though the public van watch, there will be no opportunity for public comment. That will come later, when the board hosts a public hearing on the proposed budget at 6 p.m. Tuesday, March 23 in the Board Room at the Henrico Government Center, 4301 East Parham Road.

Monday, March 15
9 a.m.: Revenues, Expenditures, Budget Overview
11 a.m.: County Manager, Board of Supervisors, Public Relations, County Attorney, Internal Audit, Real Property
1 p.m.: Courts, Community Corrections, Juvenile Detention, Commonwealth’s Attorney
3:45 p.m.: Non-Departmental

Tuesday, March 16
1 p.m.: Electoral Board/Registrar, Human Resources, Finance, General Services, Information Technology, Library

Wednesday, March 17
