Henrico Schools’s meals service won’t operate Jan. 18

Schools are closed Monday, Jan. 18 for Henrico County Public Schools’ observance of the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday, so the school division’s meals service won’t be operating, but families can pick up an additional breakfast and lunch Jan. 14 instead at all curbside school distribution sites.

HCPS will continue offering free school meals to all students through the end of the 2020-21 school year, thanks to an extension of federal food aid designed to offer help during the coronavirus pandemic.
