Henrico County Public Schools will distribute five days of free school meals to families on April 7, the Wednesday during Spring Break, at eight select locations. The curbside service is open to all families and will be open from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Neighborhood bus-stop distribution will not occur that day, however.

The meal service for March 31 will operate normally for curbside and neighborhood bus-stop bulk meal distribution.

On April 7, curbside bulk meals distribution sites in operation from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. will include:
• Ridge Elementary School
• Ward Elementary School
• Brookland Middle School
• Fairfield Middle School
• Short Pump Middle School
• Deep Run High School
• Hermitage High School
• Highland Springs High School.

Curbside service to all 57 school curbside locations, as well as neighborhood distribution to 61 bus stops, will resume Wednesday, April 14. The two distribution methods have moved to Wednesdays only, when in-person students are not on campuses, and traffic is reduced. HCPS will continue offering free school meals to all students through the end of the 2020-21 school year, using a blend of distribution systems.
