Henrico Schools to host specialty center information sessions

Henrico Schools will host four information sessions during the next three weeks about the specialty centers offered by Henrico high schools.
The events are designed for eighth-graders and their parents or guardians. All sessions are the same and cover information about all of HCPS’ specialty centers, each of which focuses on a specialized discipline; each session starts at 7 p.m.
The sessions will be held:
• Sept. 26 at Varina High School, 7053 Messer Road;
• Oct. 4 at Henrico High School, 302 Azalea Ave.;
• Oct. 9 at Douglas S. Freeman High School, 8701 Three Chopt Road;
• Oct. 15 at J.R. Tucker High School, 2910 N. Parham Road.
