Henrico Schools to host College and Career Night Nov. 1

Henrico County Public Schools will hold its annual College and Career Night Nov. 1, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., at Deep Run High School, 4801 Twin Hickory Road in Glen Allen. Students and families are invited to the countywide event to talk with representatives of more than 100 universities, colleges and professional programs. Attendees also will have a chance to talk with employers, such as businesses, government agencies and branches of the military.

Henrico students of all ages and their families are invited to attend. The event uses pre-registration barcodes to help families make the most of their time. Before the event, students should visit www.hcps.info/StriveFair. The site offers students a personal barcode they can share with colleges to easily pass on contact information.

College and Career Night is sponsored by HCPS in partnership with the Virginia Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers.
