Henrico Schools’ annual parent and guardian survey will be distributed by email today, seeking input from those with children in the public school systems about a variety of topics.

School officials want to know whether they are keeping families informed, encouraging creativity, providing welcoming environments for students and families, and more.

They’ll use the feedback they receive to help plan initiatives for the future. The survey will take about 15 to 20 minutes to complete, and it will be open through April 3.

Participants who complete the survey will be entered to win a Dell Chromebook, one of five $50 gas cards (one per magisterial district) and
Chick-fil-A coupons for a free chicken sandwich.

The school in each magisterial district with the highest parent/guardian response rate will win breakfast or lunch for its staff members.
