Henrico County Public Schools officials have canceled curbside meal distribution at participating county schools Thursday, in anticipation of the ice storm that’s expected to hit the county.
Schools will be offering extra meals Wednesday between 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. as a result, according to school officials. Those who visit schools to pick up meals should feel free to request additional bags, they said.

Meals also are being delivered by school bus into neighborhoods Wednesday (a list of bus stops appears on the same webpage.)
