Henrico and Richmond Police found a man dead by a dumpster near the county-city line east of downtown Richmond Tuesday afternoon.
The man's body was discovered near the intersection of 21st Street and Carroll Street, not far from Armstrong High School in the city and just south of I-64 near its interchange with Mechanicsville Turnpike.
The state medical examiner’s office is assisting police with the investigation.
