Restaurant Registration

Henrico Restaurant Week will return April 28-May, 2025, hosted by the Henrico Citizen to benefit Safe Harbor Shelter!

To register your restaurant to participate in this year's event, please complete the form below and click the blue "Submit" button, which will take you to our payment portal.

Participating restaurants commit to:
• registering for a fee of $300 cash and $100 in gift certificates;
• helping promote HRW through their platforms and to their customers;
• offering during Restaurant Week at least one special fixed-price 2-course lunch option AND/OR at least one special fixed-price three-course dinner menu;
• providing $1 from every HRW lunch sale and $3 from every HRW dinner sale to the Henrico nonprofit beneficiary of this year's event, Safe Harbor Shelter.

Participating restaurants receive:
• individual page on HenricoRestaurantWeek.com, including logo, menu, map of location, contact info, link to website;
• logo included on main page of HenricoRestaurantWeek.com, with link to individual restaurant page;
• promotion of Henrico Restaurant Week through the Henrico Citizen (100,000+ monthly readers and 27,000+ daily email subscribers), radio, broadcast, social media and online advertisements, Google ads and more;
• logo and info included in at least 4 dedicated Henrico Restaurant Week eblasts to our 27,000+ email subscribers;
• point of purchase kit: window posters (up to 5), table tents (up to 30), laminated HRW menus (up to 30);
• inclusion in all press releases sent to more than 100 local media contacts;
• involvement with charitable effort to donate to our Henrico nonprofit beneficiary
• digital creative assets (logos to use);
• social media callouts across our platforms, which reach 22k+ followers
• press opportunities (as available);
• opportunity to present new or unique menu items showcasing the restaurant.
