Casa del Barco, which has locations in Short Pump and Richmond, is touting its dog-friendly patio not only as a summer relaxation spot, but also as the home of the Bark-o-Bite taco for four-legged companions.
Comprised of a corn tortilla, 4-ounce burger patty and a pinch of chihuahua cheese, the Bark-o-Bite was designed with dogs in mind and for canine consumption. It will be offered at Casa del Barco through Labor Day, Sept. 2.
"We wanted to create a memorable patio experience for the guest and their four-legged children," said Paige Healy, Chief Creative Officer of The HOUSEpitality Family. "The patios at both Casa Del Barco locations are dog-friendly, and we encourage dog parents to bring their pooch year round.”
