Henrico has reported 91 new cases of COVID-19 Dec. 16, according to the Virginia Department of Health, bringing the county to a total of 10,260, as well as one COVID-related hospitalization and the death of one person over the age of 80.It was the third straight day the county experienced fewer than 100 new cases, following nine straight days of more than 100 each.Henrico's 7-day positivity percentage continues to increase, reaching 8.8% as of Dec. 13.
