Henrico Police seeking suspect in Engleside Drive homicide

Henrico Police officials are seeking an 18-year-old male in connection with a double-homicide that took place on Engleside Drive, near Richmond Raceway, Jan. 9.
Police detectives identified Terrence Jarell Morton-Swan, of Henrico, as a suspect. He is wanted for shooting into an occupied dwelling. Morton-Swan is described as a Black male with a slender build, brown eyes and black hair in braids, possibly down to his shoulders. He has a nickname of “Rell.”

Twenty-year-old Domonique Swan and 29-year-old Spencer Bartee, both of Henrico, died from gunshot wounds they suffered inside a vehicle that had crashed in the 200 block of Engleside Drive at about 7:15 p.m., Jan. 9, police said.
