Henrico Police officials are seeking the public’s help to locate a 25-year-old wanted man.
Me’Quell Tolliver is suspected to have been involved in a felony hit-and-run and aggravated assault case, according to police. Anyone with information about his location should contact police at 501-5000 or Metro Richmond Crime Stoppers at 780-1000, through the P3 Tips app, at www.p3tips.com, or by texting 274637 using the keyword “ITip” followed by the tip.
