Henrico Police seek missing 75-year-old man

Henrico Police officials are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing 75-year-old county man.
Thomas Clifton Leecost was not home when officials from Henrico Police, Henrico Adult Protection Services and Henrico Fire's CARE Team attempted to conduct a welfare check March 19. Officials later learned that he had been seen leaving the Henrico County Courthouse on East Parham Road at about 8 a.m., headed west toward Hungary Spring Road.
Leecost suffers from dementia and other medical conditions, and officials are concerned for his safety.
He is described as a Black male, 5 foot 10 in height, weighing 165 pounds with black and white facial hair. He was last seen wearing a button-up light-colored checkered shirt.
