UPDATE: Henrico Police locate missing 63-year-old man with dementia

UPDATE: NOV. 2, 10:30 A.M. – Henrico Police have located a missing 63-year-old man who suffers from dementia, and he is safe. Robert Lucy was located along Libbie Lake West Street and taken to a hospital for precautionary reasons.
ORIGINAL ARTICLE: NOV. 2, 9:41 A.M. – Henrico Police officials are seeking the public’s help in finding a missing 63-year-old county man who suffers from dementia.
Robert Lucy was reported missing from the 1900 block of Libbie Avenue at about 5 a.m. Nov. 2, and police officials began searching for him about 90 minutes later.
Lucy is described as being 5 foot 10 and weighing 165 pounds, with brown eyes, short grey hair and full-framed glasses. He was last seen wearing a grey t-shirt, grey sweatpants and hospital socks. He left on foot. He can walk long distances, but if encountered, he may present as partially non-verbal.
