Henrico Police seek man who robbed Eastern Henrico business July 14

Henrico Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying the man who robbed a business in the 3300 block of Williamsburg Road in Eastern Henrico July 14.

At about 3 p.m., the suspect walked up to an employee of the store and asked if he could purchase a black and mild. The suspect handed the clerk change to pay, and as the victim was counting the change, the suspect stepped behind the counter and told the victim to get on the floor.

The employee saw a white rag wrapped around something in the suspect’s left hand that looked like a weapon. The suspect then opened the cash drawer, took the money out and placed it all into his pockets. He then ordered the employee to the store closet and told him to remain there until he left.

The suspect (pictured) is described as a Black male, between 6 foot and 6 foot 3 inches tall. He wearing dark shorts, dark multicolored Nike shoes, a basketball jersey and a hat.
