Henrico Police seek man wanted for construction fraud, believe there may be other victims

A Prince George man is wanted by Henrico Police for construction fraud, and police believe there may be more victims.
Charles Edwards Bartley, 46, owned and operated a pool company called Dynasty Pools Inc. and entered into a contract with victims in 2021 for work that was supposed to be completed by October 2023 but instead never was completed.
Anyone who believes they have been a victim of fraud from Bartley or Dynasty Pools is asked to call Henrico Police Officer Holcomb at (804) 501-5000.
