Henrico Police seek man in connection with September homicide

Henrico Police are seeking Kelvin K. Johnson, 27, of Henrico, in connection with the Sept. 7 murder of 23-year-old Edwin Lee Burgess, who was found shot to death in the 1600 block of Hope Road at about 10:45 p.m.
Johnson is described as a black male, about 6 foot 1 in height and weighing 190 pounds with several tattoos – a teardrop, the phrase “Live 2 Die,” “Tricia” and “Kay Kay.”
