UPDATE: APR. 21, 9:30 A.M. – Henrico Police have identified the woman struck by a car Monday night.

ORIGINAL ARTICLE: APR. 20, 6:41 P.M. – Henrico Police are seeking the public’s help to identify a woman who was struck by a car in the West End Monday night.

The woman was hit by a Hyundai sedan on Quioccasin Road near Blue Jay Lane just before midnight. The driver at first did not realize that a person had been struck but then called 911 and turned around upon realizing it.

The woman is at a local hospital in serious but stable condition but had no identifcation with her, and attempts to identify her so far have not been successful.

She is described as being white/Hispanic, between 5 foot 5 and 5 foot 7 in height, weighing between 115 and 130 pounds, with brown hair described as wavy and long, below her shoulder. She has brown eyes and was wearing a red anklet around her right ankle. She was wearing blue, white and black pants, a white shirt with a black sweatshirt over it and white Nike Air tennis shoes.
