Henrico Police seek couples who robbed boutique using baby stroller

Henrico Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying two pairs of suspects who robbed a local retailer Dec. 4 at about 1:15 p.m.
The suspects – two males and two females – entered the Penelope Boutique in the 11000 block of West Broad Street, with one of the females pushing a baby stroller. One couple interacted with the employees while the other couple put a large amount of jewelry into the stroller and left.
