Henrico Police seek 56-year-old man missing for 7 months

Henrico Police officials are seeking a missing endangered adult. Richard Scott McConnell, 56, of Henrico, was last heard from in June 2023. His family has concerns for his well-being and has repeatedly visited properties tied to McConnell with no success in finding him.

McConnell is described as a white male with brown hair and hazel eyes, 5 foot 11 and approximately 170 pounds. In the past, he has lived off Holly Hill Road in Henrico's Tuckahoe District.
