Henrico Police make 3 arrests in connection with September Brook Road homicide

Henrico Police have arrested three people in connection with the Sept. 6 shooting death of a Maryland man that happened in the parking lot of a Northern Henrico shopping center.
Police arrested 26-year-old Mack Banks of Chesterfield, 29-year-old Ronnie Peterson, Jr. of Richmond and 22-year-old Charles Goode of Lynchburg in connection with the shooting death of 25-year-old Timothy Dylan Farley, who was found dead inside a vehicle in the Brook Run shopping center in the 5700 block of Brook Road just before 4:30 p.m. that day.
Banks and Peterson face identical charges of transportation with the intent to distribute, possession with the intent to distribute, attempted robbery, use of a firearm in an attempted robbery, and shooting into an occupied vehicle.
Goode faces charges of transportation with the intent to distribute and possession with the intent to distribute.
Henrico Police worked with the Lynchburg Police Department, Campbell County Sheriff’s Office and the DEA task force to develop leads and make the arrests.
