Henrico Police identify 2 people found dead in West End apartment

The bodies of Evans and Hill were discovered by Henrico firefighters, who responded to the Quarter Mill apartment complex in the 3000 block of Quarter Creek Road, just off Mayland Drive and north of I-64, Tuesday evening following reports that water was flooding an apartment from an upper-level apartment.
