Henrico Police charge 4 people from North Carolina in connection with auto-theft ring

Arrested were 25-year-old Deondre Deshawn Lowery, 23-year-old Trajan Dakel Mack, 22-year-old Daquante Antwone Banks, and 20-year-old Samiyah Michelle McNeely, all of the Charlotte, North Carolina area. Each faces multiple charges of grand larceny, and Lowery, Mack and Banks each face two charges of entering a structure to commit burglary.
The investigation was led by Henrico Police officials, who worked with other agencies in North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia. Police initially responded to a business in the 8700 block of West Broad Street March 15, 2023 after reports of multiple people stealing vehicles from the location.
