Henrico Police charge 18-year-old in double shooting

Henrico Police have arrested and charged an 18-year old in connection with a double shooting in Henrico Thursday night.
Police charged Rhashawn Jaequan Singleton with two counts of malicious wounding and two counts of use of a firearm in the commission of a felony in connection with the shooting, which happened at about 7:45 p.m. near the intersection of Laburnum Avenue and Mechanicsville Turnpike in the parking lot of two businesses.
Two adult men were taken to a local hospital with injuries. One was reported to be in critical condition, the other in stable condition.
