Henrico Police arrest teen in connection with Eastern Henrico homicide

The teen was taken into custody on June 28 with assistance from Richmond Police on charges of robbery and two counts of underage possession of a firearm.
The homicide occurred in the 4600 block of Grand Ledge Court at about 7:24 p.m., June 16. Police responded to the site, near The Shops at White Oak Village, and found the victim, later identified as 23-year-old Lamontae Aubrey Scott of Sandston, suffering from trauma. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
More charges could be forthcoming, police said.
