Henrico Police arrest second teen in connection with September murder

A 16-year-old boy is under arrest, charged with second-degree murder in connection with the Sept. 18 shooting death of another teen on East Laburnum Avenue near Conway Street.
Henrico Police took the teen into custody Nov. 7 without incident, according to police officials. He also faces charges of using a firearm in the commission of a felony and underage possession of a firearm.
The teen was the second arrested in connection with the murder; police arrested the other Sept. 20 and charged him with second-degree murder.
