Henrico Police arrest 9 men in child solicitation sting operation

Nine local men face charges related to solicitation of minors for sex, following a two-day sting operation by the Henrico County Police Vice Investigations Team.

The team conducted its online operations Aug. 10-11, targeting people who solicit juveniles online for sex.

Each of the nine men solicited what they thought were minors online for sexual services then attempted to meet up with the juveniles at an undisclosed location in Henrico County, but they were instead met by Henrico Police.

Eight of the nine men showed up in person, according to police.

Six of the nine – Blake Dickerson of Henrico, Antione Reavis of Richmond, James Markham of Henrico, John Kwaku Armah Hammond of Henrico, Clifton Williams II of Mechanicsville and David Eric Dobrick of Chesterfield – face charges of solicitation of a minor for prostitution and use of a communication device to solicit a minor.

Curtis Crabtree of Henrico (three) and Jason Cox of Henrico (five) both face multiple charges of use of a communication device to solicit a minor.

Malik Shaheen Stover of Richmond faces two counts of that charge and one count of possession of schedule I or II drugs.
