Henrico Police arrest 8 men on prostitution charges

Henrico Police have arrested two men on charges of commercial sex trafficking and six others on charges that they solicited prostitution.

The arrests followed a week-long joint-jurisdictional operation by the Henrico Police Vice Investigations Team (Oct. 17-21) targeting people who were soliciting or recruiting women to join the commercial sex trade.

The eight men facing charges range in age from 24 to 43. Police continue to investigate two other men, but no charges have yet been filed in those cases.

The two who face sex trafficking charges are 34-year-old Ulysses Stovall, of Henrico, and 30-year-old Lawrence Oliver Taylor III, of Prince George.

The six who face solicitation of prostitution charges are:

• Joshua Brooks, 35, of Henrico;
• Anastacios Paulidis, 43 of Hanover;
• Brian Alger, 38 of Charlotte Court House;
• Hiral Kumr, 34 of Henrico;
• Ethan Sherry, 24 of Henrico;
• Nathan Kisaakye, 34, of Richmond.
