Henrico Police arrest 18-year-old in connection with Freeman HS assaults

Henrico Police have arrested an 18-year-old in connection with two alleged sexual assaults that occurred in front of Freeman High School Sept. 30.
The teen, Hien The Dinh, now faces charges of assault, sexual battery, and trespassing in connection with those two incidents and a third one alleged to have occurred the previous day in front of a commercial establishment in the 11000 block of West Broad Street.
The suspect in the Freeman incident was described as being 5 foot 8 with dark-colored hair, wearing all black and carrying a pink backpack. Police said Wednesday that the incident reported the previous day was similar in nature and that the investigations into each incident led them to the same suspect, Dinh.
