Henrico PAL honors Henrico HS senior

Henrico Police Athletic League Youth Leadership Council President Jayla Wilder was (pictured, second from right) was honored as the 2018 YLC Scholarship Winner during a May 31 ceremony at the Henrico County Public Safety Building.  Wilder, a Henrico High School senior who will attend Old Dominion University in the fall, has been a member of Henrico PAL since 2013.
