Henrico man arrested, charged with murder of 57-year-old man

A 38-year-old Henrico man is under arrest, charged with the murder of a 57-year-old county man March 1.
Shawn Keon Mickie faces a second-degree murder charge in connection with the death of Ahoto Mulazim, who was found dead shortly before 10:30 p.m. in the 2500 block of Bromby Street, just off Eanes Lane in the Montrose area. His death was the second homicide in the county this year.
Henrico Police took Mickie into custody before midnight in the 100 block of Engleside Drive near Richmond Raceway. He also faces a charge of using a firearm in the commission of a felony. He will remain in custody at the Henrico County jail without bond.
