Henrico Fire promotes 29 officials

“Not only have these 29 individuals committed their careers to serving others,” said Henrico Fire Chief Jackson Baynard, “they’ve challenged themselves to become great leaders and mentors. These members represent everything that is great about Henrico County and the Division of Fire.”
Those promoted were:
• Chief of staff: Catherine Latimer (civilian);
• Assistant chief: Mike Crawford, Scott Sutton;
• Battalion chief: Dan Cramer, Scott Kincaid;
• Captain: Scott Akens, Casey Barden, Michael Boisseau, Jason Carneal, Timothy Ryan Custalow, Jim Heller, Nick Hart, Christian Kidd, Mikel Redford, Chris Shultz, Ben Swinson;
• Lieutenant: Jack Hylan, Julie Jennings, Karter Baker, Matthew Combee, Ross Murray, Tyrice Safewright, Mike Bagnell, Anthony Conant, James Dunn, Robert Bailey, Ethan Huey, Felix Hammill, David Lewis.
