Henrico Education Foundation to host 'Excellence in Education Celebration' April 11

The event, which will run from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., will showcase innovative projects, real-time conversations about workforce development, and opportunities for collaboration between educators and sponsors. The Excellence in Education Celebration raises funds to support public education in Henrico County, providing students with access to innovative and engaging programs that strengthen their academic and work-life skills.
The 2023 event raised more than $222,623 in direct support of public schools and attracted 300 attendees from the business, philanthropic, and education communities. Sponsorships for the 2024 event range from $2,500 to $25,000 and provide an opportunity for attendees to engage with students, participate in conversations about workforce development, and discuss ways to collaborate on creative solutions to workforce challenges.
The Henrico Education Foundation works to strengthen Henrico's public schools by advancing programs and initiatives that are designed to drive student outcomes.
