Henrico County residents and other community stakeholders are invited to participate in a four-day planning workshop designed to help shape the future of the former Best Products headquarters site and nearby properties along Brook Road.
The workshop, or “charrette,” will be held March 23-26 at the Parham Road campus of
Henrico resident Desiney Lowery, 60, brought her recent energy bill into work to show her co-workers.
Not because it was exorbitantly high, but because her energy bills this winter were shockingly low.
“I ran around the office showing everybody because I was like, ‘Y'all better get in on
Henrico County Manager John Vithoulkas introduced a proposed $1.995-billion budget for the upcoming fiscal year to the Henrico Board of Supervisors on March 10, a slight increase of about $65 million from the current fiscal year.
About 83% of the budget increase would go towards Henrico County Public Schools
